Terms & Conditions
Last updated: April 16, 2026
1. Agreement
By accessing and using the Araptus Dashboard ("the Service") at dashboard.araptus.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. The Service is operated by Araptus ("we", "us", "our").
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
The Araptus Dashboard is a client portal providing visibility into website performance, project status, search engine data, business profile metrics, and related analytics for websites managed by Araptus.
The Service includes:
- Website traffic analytics and visitor data
- Website health scores and performance metrics
- Project task tracking and status updates
- Google Business Profile metrics and reviews
- Google Search Console performance data
- Updates and announcements from Araptus
3. Account Access
Access to the Service is provided by invitation only. Araptus creates your account and sends a magic link to your email address. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the security of your email account
- Not sharing your access or login links with unauthorized parties
- Notifying us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access
We may restrict or terminate access at our discretion if we detect misuse, unauthorized sharing, or security threats.
4. Device Verification
For security, the Service tracks and verifies devices used to access your account. When you log in from a new device, you will receive an email asking you to approve the device before access is granted. This is a security measure to protect your data.
5. Data Accuracy
The data displayed in the dashboard is sourced from third-party services (Google, Vercel, ClickUp) and is presented "as-is." While we take reasonable steps to ensure accuracy:
- Data may be delayed (synced periodically, not real-time)
- Third-party APIs may change, temporarily affecting data availability
- Historical data is retained for 90 days, after which it is automatically removed
We do not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of any third-party data and are not liable for decisions made based on dashboard metrics.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Attempt to access data belonging to other clients
- Use automated scripts or bots to access the Service
- Attempt to bypass security measures including rate limiting and device verification
- Share screenshots or export data from the dashboard publicly without permission
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Service
7. Intellectual Property
The Araptus Dashboard, including its design, code, branding, and functionality, is the intellectual property of Araptus. Your use of the Service does not grant you any ownership rights.
Data about your business (analytics, reviews, tasks) remains your data. We store and display it solely to provide the Service.
8. Third-Party Services
The Service integrates with third-party platforms. Your use of those platforms is governed by their respective terms:
We are not responsible for changes, outages, or data issues caused by third-party service providers.
9. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Araptus shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid Araptus for services in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Termination
Either party may terminate access to the Service at any time. Upon termination:
- Your access to the dashboard will be revoked
- Your data will be retained for 30 days, then permanently deleted
- You may request a data export before termination
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the dashboard or email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
13. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Queensland, Australia.
